Last updated: January 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the kfc2u platform — including the website, mobile app, and all related services — you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use kfc2u's services. This platform is intended for individuals aged 18 and above only. kfc2u reserves the right to request age verification at any time and to suspend any account that does not meet this requirement.
Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one personal account on the kfc2u platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without any refund.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. kfc2u reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time by requesting relevant supporting documents.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keeping your password and account login details confidential.
- Ensuring no other party accesses your account without your authorisation.
- Notify kfc2u immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account through our customer support channels.
Kfc2u shall not be held liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to maintain the security of their own account.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
All kfc2u users agree to use this platform for lawful purposes only and to comply with all applicable laws in Malaysia. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other method to access or manipulate the platform without authorisation.
- Cheating, falsifying information, or attempting to gain an unfair advantage in any game or bet.
- Using another person's account or allowing someone else to use your account.
- Transferring funds between user accounts for the purpose of money laundering or any other illegal activity.
- Distributing content that contains malware, malicious code, or any material that could damage the platform's systems.
Any violation of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and kfc2u reserves the right to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All transactions on the kfc2u platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). kfc2u supports a range of local payment methods, including FPX (Online Banking), Touch 'n Go eWallet, and other methods listed in the platform's deposit section.
Deposit:
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and may vary depending on your chosen payment method.
- Successful deposits will be credited to your account balance within the timeframe specified for the relevant payment method. If you experience a delay, please contact our support team.
- Kfc2u is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment service providers.
Withdrawals:
- Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same name as the kfc2u account holder.
- All withdrawals are subject to security checks and may require identity verification before being processed.
- Kfc2u reserves the right to place a hold on any withdrawal linked to suspicious activity until an investigation is complete.
5. Liability Limitations & Account Policy
Liability Limitations
Kfc2u makes no guarantee that the platform will be free from technical disruptions, errors, or downtime at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by law, kfc2u shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, our services — including the loss of wagered funds due to technical issues beyond our control.
Account Suspension & Closure
Kfc2u reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any terms set out in this document.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
- Failure to submit the required identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
- Account closure requested by the user.
Once an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the circumstances of the case.
Intellectual Property
All content on the kfc2u platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and code — is the exclusive property of kfc2u or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written permission.
6. Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Third-Party Links
The kfc2u platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for your convenience. kfc2u is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. You access these links entirely at your own risk.
Changes to Terms
Kfc2u reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the official website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
